To find the home that's right for you tell me, your Agent, what you specifically want, for example:

* Give me particulars, negative or positive, of the property you want.

* If you want to live in a specific area, I won't waste your time suggesting anything not in your chosen neighbourhood.

* Getting pre-approved will save you the grief of looking at houses you cannot afford and put you in a better position to make a serious offer when you do find the right house. 

* Let me know your likes and dislikes for each property you view. 

* Commit to one salesperson.

* The purchase agreement must be respected and the terms performed.

* Don’t be too set in your mind … keep it open. We Agents know about areas that you might never have seen or heard of.
